Thanks for stopping by and taking a look. We are a small boarding facility in Northern Fort Collins off of Highway 1 about 8 miles from Pickett arena. 

We offer paddocks that all have automatic heated waterers*, feed bunks and lean too shelters. We have a large outdoor arena that we drag regularly with barrels, poles, and jumps.  There is also an outdoor round pen. Trailer parking is included with a signed board contract. 

We feed our premium barn stored grass hay two times daily. (We do have the capability of providing alfalfa for an extra fee). If you would like to add grain/supplements, we are more than happy to feed, but you would have to supply. 

In the past, we have been able to offer turn out into the pasture. We are working to get our pastures back to having grass again after the bad drought the past few years. You can come out and turn your horses into the arena in the mean time.
